Everything you might want to know.
Can't find your question here? Send us a message — we usually reply within a few hours.
Do you offer a free trial class?+
Yes — every new student receives two complimentary trial classes with no payment information required upfront.
Are your teachers certified?+
All of our tutors hold formal Ijazah certification and graduated from institutions such as Al-Azhar, Madinah University, or recognised Dars-i-Nizami programs.
Can I request a female teacher for my daughter or for myself?+
Absolutely. Many of our students are sisters who prefer to learn with female faculty, and we have a dedicated panel of qualified female tutors.
What ages do you teach?+
We teach students aged 4 and up — kids, teenagers, adults, and senior students. Our curriculum adapts to every age.
What software do I need?+
Just a laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection. We use Zoom and our custom virtual classroom — both work in the browser.
How flexible is the schedule?+
Classes are booked at times that suit you. Our tutors live across many timezones, so 24/7 scheduling is genuinely available.
What if I need to reschedule a class?+
Reschedule any class with at least 6 hours notice through your dashboard — no fees, no questions.
Do you offer family discounts?+
Yes. Sibling enrolments receive a discount, and we frequently work with families enrolling three or more children.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, plus PayPal. Monthly billing, cancel any time.
Can adults who never learnt Quran as children join?+
Yes — many of our adult students start from the very beginning. Our tutors are experienced with adult learners and reverts.
Which countries do you serve?+
We work with families across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and across Europe.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. All plans are month-to-month and you can pause or cancel any time from your account.
Will I always get the same teacher?+
Yes — consistency matters. You'll be matched with one main tutor and only change if you ask to.
How long is each class?+
Standard classes are 25 minutes. You can request 45- or 60-minute sessions for Hifz or advanced students.
Do you teach Tajweed properly?+
Yes. Tajweed is core to every recitation class — taught with the chain of transmission (sanad) of Hafs an Asim.
Can I learn Arabic alongside Quran?+
Yes. Our Arabic Language program runs in parallel and is designed to directly support Quran understanding.
What about students with no Arabic background?+
Our Noorani Qaida program is built precisely for that — you'll start with letter shapes and sounds.
How is progress tracked?+
Each tutor maintains a structured log. Parents and adult students receive a clear monthly report by email.
Is my child's online safety taken seriously?+
Yes. Parents can sit in on any class, all sessions can be recorded on request, and our tutors are vetted.
